As I left the polling place yesterday, I couldn’t help but think of it as a crime scene, where sins against humanity had been been either knowingly or unwittingly committed by voters two years ago. (and six years ago) It was creepy to think of the damage done to the mind and body of the little planet we live on since then because of the ideologies of those elected.
Now I feel the crime is being redeemed. Let’s hope the truth is finally revealed now that the powers of subpoena are finally in the hands of those who can call up the facts.
Well so far so good. Rummy goes down along with the House. And it looks pretty good for the sentate too. This should be an interesting 2 years for the Republicans.
The pendulim swung as far as it could go, and now, I breathe a sigh of relief as it swings back the other way.
